Business Outlook
Pros
Exposure, experience, engineering management, procedures. Overall is a very good Company with a valuable number of experienced engineers. I would not have any problem to come back. Retention scheme are usually good.
Cons
salary review: intention is good, but I do not feel people are remunerated as deserved. Probably more feedback is required from project management team to department managers. Relocation packages need to be well negotiated at beginning otherwise it can be very poor.
