I think we are in a company that promotes creativity before anything else. I have never been stopped from having a good idea and that’s really something motivating for me.
Also I think this is a company which has a deep awareness that when an employee feels great, he’ll work better and I’m certain that we won’t be that successful otherwise.
Cons
As I'm not located in Moscow, I have the feeling that sometimes I feel a bit far away from HQ decisions... but hey, this is normal I guess :)
