Management is just milking the system to stay in place as long as they can. No real plan or clear focus on selling. Very cliquey in North America - if you are not in the good graces of one of the fiefdoms that does not challenge the status quo, then even superior performance will not be recognized. No focus or plan on attacking business. Bloated staffs like finance and IT that are more concerned with their own turf than broader company success.
