Perfect place to work as a career start - they give you a lot of opportunities but you have to "want" it yourself. No one will kick you upstairs the career ladder.
Corporate meetings, company birthday celebrations etc. A lot of fun. If you like it, you will love it.
P.S. It depends on the project.
