8yThat is a very good point you make on sick time. We have considered making a separation of sick and PTO time – would you be interested in sharing some ideas? No one wants someone to come in sick to the office – it’s not good for anyone in the office or the sick person. Also in 2018 we rolled out a 6% match on 401K.
