Pros
Only speaking out of my own experience: not a stessfull job ( in at 9, out at 5, and you can take lunch during those ours, they don't make you work 8 hours a day), great work-life balance, friendly coworkers, strong benefits (very cheap top of the line health insurance), good product, possibility of working from home when needed ( some people work from home 1-2 days a week).
Cons
Noone knows what their future with the company looks like, I personally never felt important, was never invited to participate in the department's meetings, never knew what's going on around me in my own department.
