Caring, reasonable, loyal, young, brave, informal, pragmatic, friendly, quirky, generous - like working for an extremely big small business. I've been here 7 years - much longer than I've ever worked anywhere else - and have always been treated with kindness and respect.
Cons
Getting right to the top seems to be harder if you're not Moscow-based. The informality and structural eccentricities means people from other major corporates can struggle.
