Pros

Worked here for 5 years, would definitely recommend to everyone! * Great career & skill growth opportunities if you are junior or mid-level developer and eager to learn * Friendly colleagues * Great additional benefits: insurance, HQ office facilities * Flexible working hours (depends on the team/dept)

Cons

As of 2018 (my last year), the silos within the company were pretty noticeable and caused significant overhead in interactions between R&D (devs) and IT (ops) depts, which were required in day-to-day work. However, there were some steps that were taken to resolve this issue, so hopefully it should be better now.
