10yHi!
Thank you for your honesty.
I apologize if my English knowledge hurts your feelings. I'm doing my best to improve.
I agree with a lot of cons you mention. We're trying to improve.
However, I want to confront your arguments:
1) Our turnover in 2015 matched national average. We succeeded to decrease it by 4% in 2016.
2) We have monthly casual all hands meetings where employees can ask management about anything.
3) We have plenty of career opportunities. A lot of them are located outside the USA. Probably, you didn't want to relocate, which was understandable, but it didn't mean opportunities didn't exist. Anyone who likes travelling across the globe can build a decent career in our company.
4) We pay people for their performance, not for the job description. We consider new responsibilities as an opportunity for employee to show his\her capabilities and get a raise.
I wish you good luck with your future endeavors and hope your next employer won't be just another milestone in your career.
