Pros
Kavak is a new company so it's still building its pillars and there's more room than traditional companies for innovation.
Cons
The fact that it's a company in hypergrowth also means lack of processes, spending money without criteria, and not being responsible for people's lives with several rounds of layoffs already... it's a total mess. Also, you're not evaluated based on performance but based on your "friendship" with VPs and Directors.
