      The money was pretty good.

      Cons

      Management is a joke. The Union President lacks integrity. If your low in seniority be prepared to work 16 hour shifts. In some departments, there is a 6 hour turn around.

      Pros

      Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

      Cons

      While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.
