      Long lasting company with over 150 years of history, and global presence on CPG / paper products. Knows their business and how to do it best.

      Cons

      Large global corporation where executives must take decisions that sometimes affect some or many of their employees. It is not personal, but it’s a business decision.

      Pros

      Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

      Cons

      While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.
