      Pros

      While the brand teams can be pretty intense and work schedules pretty crazy- there is plenty of flexibility to manage you schedule as needed to maintain work/life balance. On site gym is a nice bonus. Lots of opportunities for growth and advancement- but you have to be aggressive about going after them. Good people.

      Cons

      Work load can be crazy at times- particularly since head count was reduced last year. Senior leadership is often disconnected from the day-to- day business and the people that run it.

      Flexible work schedule, encourages building your skills and moving around within the company, good people and big future

      Cons

      Can often get lost in the crowd since it’s such a massive company. Need to work to get your work noticed

      Pros

      Super flexible working hours, lot's of opportunity to work on lot's of different things.

      Cons

      Really isolated working experience, teams are extremely siloed and there's no communication across different projects.
