      Pros

      The company appraises self-initiated projects and hard work and promotes quicker. Opportunity to lead and to influence multiple projects across divisions.

      Cons

      Long hours and average pay. It’s expected to start work at 6:30 a.m. and work until 5-6 p.m. every day. It’s also expected to work on the weekends. Leadership does do what says.

      Pros

      Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

      Cons

      While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.

      Super flexible working hours, lot's of opportunity to work on lot's of different things.

      Cons

      Really isolated working experience, teams are extremely siloed and there's no communication across different projects.
