      Pros

      Very successful company with a strong supply chain infrastructure

      Cons

      Very political, meaning, that promotions and recognition are rarely based on actual performance, success, skills and exceeding objectives...But more so based on who can be the loudest and brown nose the most to management. I believe that the best individual for the job should get the job, rather than the individuals that are best friends with hiring manager for a respective position.

      Pros

      Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

      Cons

      While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.
