Pros

This company provides you with a lot of flexibility. I am able to work part time and work from home whenever I need to. The Flexibility Program makes this possible. Working with phenomenal people on some of the toughest and most interesting business problems in the world. You are constantly being pushed to improve and expand your skills and somehow finding room for a lot of fun of your co-workers.

Cons

It has become a big company in a relatively short time. Fast-paced job can lead to a fast-paced lifestyle, you need to be pretty flexible with outside commitments and be ready for wahtever your client/project team needs.

Pros

Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

Cons

While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.
