      Co-workers are like family - we do anything for each other and help out when ever needed - the old Kimberly-Clark way

      Cons

      Performance Assessments are outdated & corrupt - Senior Leadership pushes a culture in which they do not follow, nor really believe - Politics has pushed many talented people out of the company. Management is very disconnected from the workers.

      Pros

      Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

      Cons

      While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.
