Pros

The benefits & location are great, and the people who work here are really supportive of each other. The company does also try to emphasize work/life balance. (In some roles it works better than others)

Cons

When I joined Kimberly Clark, it felt like a family. They've done a lot for me through my career. However, things are changing. And they do have to in order for the company to keep up with market conditions. I've been through several rounds of layoffs, and we just expect now that they'll come every 2-3 years. They handle the layoffs as well as could be expected.

Pros

Flexible work schedule, encourages building your skills and moving around within the company, good people and big future

Cons

Can often get lost in the crowd since it’s such a massive company. Need to work to get your work noticed

Pros

Super flexible working hours, lot's of opportunity to work on lot's of different things.

Cons

Really isolated working experience, teams are extremely siloed and there's no communication across different projects.
