Pros

Good pay when you consider the cost of living for the area. Nostalgia because this corporate environment is out of 1982.

Cons

The company makes decisions at a glacial pace. "Engagement" programs and LEAN are buzzwords not reality All roads lead to Neenah. Expect another round of layoffs when the 2015 goals are missed

Pros

Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

Cons

While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.

Pros

Super flexible working hours, lot's of opportunity to work on lot's of different things.

Cons

Really isolated working experience, teams are extremely siloed and there's no communication across different projects.
