      Good pay, excellent benefits and employee support programs.

      Cons

      Every negative symptom of "big corporate culture," Kimberly Clark had. No room for innovation or idea input. Leadership that was only concerned with looking good to their superiors and a general lack of caring among employees.

      Pros

      Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

      Cons

      While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.
