      If you enjoy international work and travel, there are many opportunities in KC.

      Cons

      If you prefer to work out of your office in Neenah, opportunities are quickly disappearing as the US market continues to become a negligible part of the KC portfolio.

      Pros

      Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

      Cons

      While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.
