Pros
Outstanding products with some very good brands. Outstanding manufacturing capability. Very family oriented and nice people. A company with the potential to have a great future.
Cons
Historically closed culture which can be slow. Also often accepts mediocrity. Although great brands, marketing and other externally facing functions are still lagging. It's a culture where sometimes people look for reasons to say no instead of yes.
