      nothing I can think of other than holding back my career. chaos to work in a place with such poor organization.

      Cons

      literally the worst company with horrible management that don’t care. company has an identity crisis. Most of the reviews here are done by kc to create an illusion of a good company!

      Pros

      Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

      Cons

      While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.
