Pros

Difficult to say anything good when they are mismanaged. Tom Falk cares more about his pocket book and he cares about those who have given alot to K-C. Forget about the old family atmosphere and doing the right thing.

Cons

Poor management team and an inferior product team. No excuses - used to be the leader in several categories and now they are playing catch up all the time. Everytime you look product is on allocation. The constant excuses from management of why this happens is just not good enough and they leave their salepeople hanging out to dry. Most of their management team forget where they came from and treat their underlings miserably. If there is one area where training should happen it is definitely needed for their managers, who cannot lead and many are put into that position because there is no other place to go. Worst of all they have no experience.

Pros

Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

Cons

While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.
