      Pros

      Good people, lots to do, good benefits & pay, most low level managers do care about their employees. Mangement in general tries to communicate what they know to their employees.

      Cons

      Mill management is kept in he dark on many decisions. Not much opportunity for advacement in the mills unless you are in operations. ME and EE opportunities are limited. Pay and recognition for engineers is startng to lag - it seems the company is making an effort to reduce their dependance on engineering.

      Pros

      Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

      Cons

      While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.

      Flexible work schedule, encourages building your skills and moving around within the company, good people and big future

      Cons

      Can often get lost in the crowd since it’s such a massive company. Need to work to get your work noticed
