      Pros

      My role is positively challenging and impacts the company's results. The company takes ethics and it's commitment to the communities we are in very serious. The people I get to work with are top notch and VERY smart. It is easy to build partnerships with my internal customers.

      Cons

      Nothing comes to mind. My tenure at KC has been filled with satisfying work assignments with people that are focused on success. My boss is flexible with his direction which allows me the freedom to excel.

      Pros

      Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

      Cons

      While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.
