Pros

Very family friendly - in fact, I believe they call it "Family First". KC strongly believes that family comes first and they allow a lot of time for your family. They also have excellent health benefits, and the work loads are manageable.

Cons

The concept of bottoms up leadership is odd. As a category manager you were not given goals but rather made up your own goals, then fed it up to top leadership. That seems backwards to me - I felt there should have been better leadership. It made for very slow progress on any projects that were attempted because goals across the company were not aligned.

Pros

Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

Cons

While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.

Flexible work schedule, encourages building your skills and moving around within the company, good people and big future

Cons

Can often get lost in the crowd since it’s such a massive company. Need to work to get your work noticed
