      Pros

      The people who run the equipment and keep the day to day business going are great, hard working, and loyal.

      Cons

      The people who make decisions and run the company are forcing the technical talent out, destroying the moral of the production workers, and slowly throwing away the values the company was originally founded on.

      Pros

      Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

      Cons

      While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.

      Cons

      Can often get lost in the crowd since it’s such a massive company. Need to work to get your work noticed
