Pros
Very collaborative work environment. People generally work to help each other and care about each other. Very professional workforce with strong ethics. Company is trying to change the culture and build brands, which seems to be a positive trend.
Cons
The company does a poor job of rewarding performance. Everyone is expected to work hard, but there is very little compensation difference between a good year and a bad year. Career development process does not inspire confidence. There is an open career posting process in place, but it does not function very transparently.
