Pros
Slightly above average pay scale. Dynamic environment with external customer as focus. Willing to discover new ways of conducting business IF the leadership team of the department or functional areas is on board. IF NOT you will get frustrated.
Cons
Depending on what part of the company you work with, there can be a strong influence of an insider's network of career employees. Many have learned how to protect their positions even though they may not be producing results. The organization also goes overboard on having meetings. Seems like they restructure the company every 3-4 years.
