      Pros

      Great buildings, great benefits, and work-life balance. Learn something new everyday. Big name and lots of mills in the middle of nowhere.

      Cons

      Senior management does not havr their priorities aligned. Neenah location it's focused for 40+ married with children white people. High turnover for millennials, and lack of ethnically diverse employees.

      Pros

      Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

      Cons

      While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.
