Pros

3 words - Work Life Balance! Kimberly-Clark is an excellent place to work for great work life balance. It is extremely flexible with office/face time as long as the work is getting done.

Cons

Kimberly-Clark is a complex matrix organization that has too many people and layers for effective decision making that all have to be on the same page before a recommendation or decision will be pushed up through the layers.

Pros

Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

Cons

While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.
