      Pros

      Very good work/life balance. Very good benefits. Good people. I have been working for KC almost 10 year, always in IT. There is a lot of flexibility for personal matters. Homeworking is allowed as needed. Salaries are average in the market.

      Cons

      Kimberly-Clark used to take care of employees, retained the good people. There was a change in the leadership two years ago who considers that people is a commodity. KC has lost a lot a good talented people in the last year because of that.

      Pros

      Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

      Cons

      While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.
