Kimberly-Clark provides several pros for its employees. Having spent 23+years with the company, I been challenged both personally and professionally with assignments. KC is very engaged with community outreach and desires to make the communities that they are a part of a better place. The depth of technology and pace of change enables one to keep growing through their career. KC continues to lead the way with diversity not only through individuals, but also with thought and team dynamics. Work life balance continues to be a focus that helps reduce burnout. Job security is another pro to me. In the 23+ years and several ups and downs with the economy, I never worried if I would be able to support and provide for my family.
