      Pros

      Pay and benefits are good. People are very friendly and helpful. Race is not an issue at all. Apart from manager's evaluation, your colleagues can evaluate you as well.

      Cons

      Work-life balance does not exist. Some people in the upper management are doing micro-management. They are not empowering. They think they are always right.

      Pros

      Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

      Cons

      While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.
