      Pros

      Union plant. Treated well, Nice work environment. Wages are competitive.

      Cons

      Getting less and less with each passing bargaining agreement. Slowly getting less pay, expensive benefits. Company posting record profits and claiming they can't give any more to employees. Not what it used to be. Wages have hardly budged in 10 years. Rotating nights to days schedule.

      Cons

      Can often get lost in the crowd since it’s such a massive company. Need to work to get your work noticed

      Super flexible working hours, lot's of opportunity to work on lot's of different things.

      Cons

      Really isolated working experience, teams are extremely siloed and there's no communication across different projects.
