      Pros

      Good training regime. Market leading products. Some of the best leaders in the business for FMCG.

      Cons

      Very basic incentives and benefits. Very happy and willing to lose people and they do not reward loyalty. This is a standard big box company, share holders come first and there are zero opportunities for growth outside of the eastern states.

      Super flexible working hours, lot's of opportunity to work on lot's of different things.

      Cons

      Really isolated working experience, teams are extremely siloed and there's no communication across different projects.
