Pros

No formal in office requirement for most marketing roles, high salaries, caring people, iconic brands, decent parental leave benefits, nice office

Cons

Inconsistent titles and experience requirements versus other companies and between business units. Have to interview and know the right people to get promoted. Slow career progression. No Director roles in North America brand marketing. Have to shuttle from train stations (long commute from suburbs). No product discounts.

Cons

Really isolated working experience, teams are extremely siloed and there's no communication across different projects.
