Pros

Smart employees, good brands, reputable CPG

Cons

Everything changed after the move from Neenah to Chicago. People are inappropriate and rude in meetings, work long hours, and multiple surprise performance improvement plans completely out of nowhere means lots of turnover.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciate your recognition of our smart employees, strong brands, and reputation in the CPG industry. However, we are concerned to hear about the issues following the move from Neenah to Chicago, including inappropriate behavior in meetings, long working hours, and unexpected performance improvement plans. We understand the impact these issues can have on employee morale and turnover. Your advice about the need for strong leadership is valuable, and we are committed to addressing these challenges to create a more supportive and respectful work environment. Pros

Super flexible working hours, lot's of opportunity to work on lot's of different things.

Cons

Really isolated working experience, teams are extremely siloed and there's no communication across different projects.
