Pros

Lots of time off, good pay, decent benefits.

Cons

Rotating shift. Management doesn’t hold anybody accountable. Sorry employees get treated the same as the hard workers.

Pros

Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

Cons

While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.

Cons

Can often get lost in the crowd since it’s such a massive company. Need to work to get your work noticed
