Flexible working schedule, great people who genuinely care about you, hybrid.
Cons
Company, as a whole, is slow on innovation. We seems to always have to do more with less instead of getting the proper funding we need.

Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.
Cons
While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.
