      Can get very Hectic at times especially if your low on labor Hours

      Flexible schedule Profit sharing at the end of the year

      Cons

      You work hard for your pay check. But if you actuly do what you should, you can advance in the compnay.

      Pros

      Newer trucks and a fulling operating shop.

      Cons

      Company is very full of their own ego, any concerns get dismissed immediately as not to discredit themselves. Promotions happen through the "buddy" system and no job listings are officially posted for career advancement. Management constantly lies to get you in the door. Insurance is unbelievably expensive, highest cost I've ever seen.
