Pros

I enjoyed my time there! The pay was good, and the schedule was flexible.

Cons

I wasn't trained how to help guests when they had trouble with the Tesla chargers.

Long work hours, scheduling is awful, and mandatory third shifts when required

Newer trucks and a fulling operating shop.

Cons

Company is very full of their own ego, any concerns get dismissed immediately as not to discredit themselves. Promotions happen through the "buddy" system and no job listings are officially posted for career advancement. Management constantly lies to get you in the door. Insurance is unbelievably expensive, highest cost I've ever seen.
