Pros

Good atmosphere. Felt supported by district/zone leaders.

Cons

Pay was minimal for the position/years of experience. New hires were being payed more than myself. Understaffing means far more work for leadership. Off-hours work became necessary as there wasn't time in the work day to do everything needed.

Cons

You work hard for your pay check. But if you actuly do what you should, you can advance in the compnay.

Newer trucks and a fulling operating shop.

Cons

Company is very full of their own ego, any concerns get dismissed immediately as not to discredit themselves. Promotions happen through the "buddy" system and no job listings are officially posted for career advancement. Management constantly lies to get you in the door. Insurance is unbelievably expensive, highest cost I've ever seen.
