Pros

Good pay relative to work, good PTO policy, strong company to work for, plenty of room for growth

Cons

Labor hours being cut, resulting in understaffing on many occasions. Work culture hinges on how a store leader runs their store.

Long work hours, scheduling is awful, and mandatory third shifts when required

Newer trucks and a fulling operating shop.

Cons

Company is very full of their own ego, any concerns get dismissed immediately as not to discredit themselves. Promotions happen through the "buddy" system and no job listings are officially posted for career advancement. Management constantly lies to get you in the door. Insurance is unbelievably expensive, highest cost I've ever seen.
