      Pros

      The schedule is very flexible. As far as convenience stores are concerned, Kwik Trip offers very competitive pay. They also profit share, and 40% of the profits each year are returned to the employees.

      Cons

      The guests that frequent Kwik Star can often be "rough."

      Pros

      Newer trucks and a fulling operating shop.

      Cons

      Company is very full of their own ego, any concerns get dismissed immediately as not to discredit themselves. Promotions happen through the "buddy" system and no job listings are officially posted for career advancement. Management constantly lies to get you in the door. Insurance is unbelievably expensive, highest cost I've ever seen.
