      Decent Pay Good all around company Bonus

      Cons

      They pick favorites, They will often have you do a job you aren't hired for... They talk all about safety but then ask you do to unsafe tasks. Lots of drama Those who strive will often be asked for more and more instead of being rewarded.

      Pros

      Newer trucks and a fulling operating shop.

      Cons

      Company is very full of their own ego, any concerns get dismissed immediately as not to discredit themselves. Promotions happen through the "buddy" system and no job listings are officially posted for career advancement. Management constantly lies to get you in the door. Insurance is unbelievably expensive, highest cost I've ever seen.
