Pros
Fast-paced days make time go by fast; Free fountain and coffee drinks so long as you bring your own cup/tumbler, etc
Cons
Coworkers essentially train coworkers, not management, and not all coworkers are willing or empathetic to the new guy. Also, management does not work every shift, meaning no manager on premises, so co-workers all work together for everything (I guess this could be a good thing though, dependent on your liking). It also seems that unless you are a favorite you won't get much for hours. If a coworker has the slightest unsatisfactory experience with you, then you might as well start looking for another job because you won't get any hours. Why are they constantly hiring if such few shifts are divvied out. I went from roughly 18 hours a week to 7 hours a month... why are they hiring? They could put me on the schedule. Also, if you don't ask about gasoline and a guest had it and didn't pay, that's on you and you will be written up, and there are a ton of drive-offs.
