Understaffed, underpaid, management has poor attitude, they will sit in the office watch cameras and pick apart your entire night. They will tell you not to take your breaks through the 10 hour shift and threaten to fire you if you don't listen. Everyone at this store is on a power trip. The 40% profit sharing isn't a bonus. It's the money they give you for skipping your breaks to work, then sending you home early, and cheaping you out of overtime.
