Pros
People I worked with and some customers, Christmas bonuses. Not much of a balance considering you might work 10 day in a row . It is retail you work nights, weekends, holidays, day shift, swing shift, and over nights.
Cons
Not every store is consist, they like to promote people off of who will drink more of the "Kool-Aid". Crabby customers and some store have lack of management. Upper management like district leaders are a joke!!! Some can't even spell there own name right!!!
